Due to a high demand for seats, we advise you to register online early. This will ensure your spot at the event. This event has sold out quickly for the last 8 years.
If for any reason you will not be able to purchase your ticket before the deadline, you will have the option of walk-in registration available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The ONLY tickets that are available are At Door Registration that can be purchased online or at the door. You can pay by credit card or EXACT change of $50 at the door. We cannot give change, and the higher currency will be accepted (example, if you give us 3 $20 bills, we won’t give you change, and we keep the $60 or if you give us $100, we could not give change).
NOTE: We adhere to a strict NO REFUND, NO TRANSFERS, NO EXCHANGE policy. Every ticket sale is final. There will be no exceptions. Due to high transaction fees for refunds, we would have to raise ticket prices to make that option available. In addition, the UC Davis Police and UC Davis Fire Department require us that each name matches the ticket.
Please use the options below to complete your online registration. Make sure that the name on the ticket matches the name on your ID. Once you have registered, you will receive your ticket via e-mail. Please retain the ticket as it will be required for admission, with you valid ID, to the event. The ticket has a unique bar code, which we will scan at the door.
If you do not receive the ticket via e-mail within 24 hours, please check your SPAM folder to see if your e-mail client didn’t intercept the ticket. If you still can’t find it, contact us 1-800-350-8850 between 6 am and 6pm PST, Monday thru Friday for assistance.
We now offer round-trip transportation on a five-star luxurious bus and admission packages for Southern California, Central California, and the Bay Area which include meals, housing, bus transportation, and a conference ticket for $90.

AMSA ARC/UCD will have official photographers/videographers for this meeting. Photographs and videos taken at AMSA ARC/UCD Conference may be used in future marketing, publicity, promotions, advertising and training activities for AMSA ARC/UCD. By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow AMSA ARC/UCD to use the photographs and/or videos—which may include you—in all media formats worldwide.
Each individual attending AMSA ARC/UCD Conference assumes all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in all on and off-site activities that occur during this time.
