NOTE: PLEASE REVIEW CLEARLY THE VARIOUS TICKETS OPTIONS THAT ARE AVAILABLE. AMSA ARC/UCD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISTAKES MADE IN THE TICKET PURCHASE.

Due to a high demand for seats, we advise you to register online early. This will ensure your spot at the event. This event has sold out quickly for the last 8 years.

If for any reason you will not be able to purchase your ticket before the deadline, you will have the option of walk-in registration available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The ONLY tickets that are available are At Door Registration that can be purchased online or at the door. You can pay by credit card or EXACT change of $50 at the door. We cannot give change, and the higher currency will be accepted (example, if you give us 3 $20 bills, we won’t give you change, and we keep the $60 or if you give us $100, we could not give change).

NOTE: We adhere to a strict NO REFUND, NO TRANSFERS, NO EXCHANGE policy. Every ticket sale is final. There will be no exceptions. Due to high transaction fees for refunds, we would have to raise ticket prices to make that option available. In addition, the UC Davis Police and UC Davis Fire Department require us that each name matches the ticket.

Ticket Pricing

  • Pre-Registration: $25.00 until March 14, 2011 at 11:59 pm
  • Early Registration: $30.00 from March 15, 2011 to August 1, 2011 at 11:59pm
  • Regular Registration: $35.00 from August 2, 2011 to September 1, 2011 at 11:59pm
  • Late Registration: $40.00 from September 2, 2011 to October 1, 2011 at 11:59pm
  • Last Registration: $45.00 from October 2, 2011 to October 7, 2011 at 11:59pm
  • At Door Registration: $50.00 from October 8, 2011 to October 9, 2011
  • Group Registration: $25.00 until October 1, 2011 (minimum 7 tickets)

Please use the options below to complete your online registration. Make sure that the name on the ticket matches the name on your ID. Once you have registered, you will receive your ticket via e-mail. Please retain the ticket as it will be required for admission, with you valid ID, to the event. The ticket has a unique bar code, which we will scan at the door.

If you do not receive the ticket via e-mail within 24 hours, please check your SPAM folder to see if your e-mail client didn’t intercept the ticket. If you still can’t find it, contact us 1-800-350-8850 between 6 am and 6pm PST, Monday thru Friday for assistance.

All-Inclusive Packages

We now offer round-trip transportation on a five-star luxurious bus and admission packages for Southern California, Central California, and the Bay Area which include meals, housing, bus transportation, and a conference ticket for $90.

Every package includes:

  • Round-trip transportation on five-star luxurious buses from Southern California/Central Valley/Bay Area to UC Davis and back;
  • Hotel (shared with 3 other attendees) in a 3.5/4-star hotel suite in downtown Davis;
  • Conference ticket which gives you access to:
    • Keynote speakers;
    • Deans of Admission Panel;
    • Workshops (110 total): you select which ones to attend;
    • Pre-Health Professional Fair (over 200 medical and public-health programs in attendance);
    • T-shirt for first 4,000 attendees who register prior to Sept 15, 2011;
    • Snacks on Saturday and Sunday afternoon;
    • Water bottles on both days;
    • 6 meals (three each day) and 2 snacks (one each afternoon);
    • Resource materials.

Package Terms and Conditions

  • These packages are a limited offer, available on a first-come, first-served basis. We sold out of them last year.
  • These packages are open to all students regardless of which school they attend or graduated from. As long as you are registered, you can be part of the group.
  • There are absolutely NO refunds, NO transfers, and NO exchanges of tickets.
  • No fee waivers are available for these packages.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • You must show up on time at the departure locations and at the UC Davis location for your trip back.
  • Each ticket is bar-coded for a specific individual.
  • The bus will leave each departure location on Friday October 7, 2011 and return to its respective departure location on Sunday, October 9, 2011.

What Each Ticket Includes

Each ticket, regardless of its purchase price, includes the items below. The only exception are the T-shifts which will be distributed to the first 2,800 attendees registered prior to September 15, 2011.

Access, during both days, to:

  • Keynote speakers;
  • Deans of Admission Panel;
  • Workshops (110 total): you select which ones to attend;
  • Pre-Health Professional Fair (over 200 programs);
  • T-shirt: First 4,000 attendees registered prior to Sept 15, 2011;
  • 5 meals: breakfast and lunch (both days), dinner (Saturday only);
  • Snacks on Saturday and Sunday afternoon;
  • Bottled water on both days;
  • Resource materials.

Group Registration

This option is available to groups of 7 or more. For payment, we accept credit cards only.

The price for group registration is $25.00 per person and will be available until October 1, 2011 at 11:59 pm.

Please NOTE: The conference has sold out for the last 8 years, so the sooner you place your order, the better the chance that it will be processed successfully.

Credit Card

You can purchase tickets for your entire group using a credit card at any time. The minimum order is 7 tickets.

We need the following information for each ticket:

  • First and Last Name of attendee as it appears on ID (this is required per UC Davis Police and UC Davis Fire Dept.)
  • Attendee cell phone and e-mail
  • Name of School (either attending or alumni)
  • Diet Type (chicken, beef, Vegetarian)
  • T-shirt size (unisex size): Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large

Fee Waivers

We have reached our maximum allowed number of fee waivers for the 2011 conference. If you would like to volunteer for 4 hours, you can gain admission to the conference for free. Please visit: http://www.amsaarcucd.org/volunteers.

Photography/Video Release

AMSA ARC/UCD will have official photographers/videographers for this meeting. Photographs and videos taken at AMSA ARC/UCD Conference may be used in future marketing, publicity, promotions, advertising and training activities for AMSA ARC/UCD. By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow AMSA ARC/UCD to use the photographs and/or videos—which may include you—in all media formats worldwide.

Waiver of Liability

Each individual attending AMSA ARC/UCD Conference assumes all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in all on and off-site activities that occur during this time. By registering for this meeting, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMSA ARC/UCD, University of California, and its governing bodies, officers and employees from all loss, damage or liability arising out of or related to your attendance and participation at AMSA ARC/UCD Conference.
